He’ll feel that one in the morning (and so will I)
As an avid Madden Football fan, and a fan of the NFL legend that always seemed to dog my Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving (we never did get that TurDuckEn), I’ve been curious about the upcoming biographical film about him.
After this first trailer, holy shit did it deliver in making me EXCITED.
The film will chart John Madden’s rise from Super Bowl-winning coach to incredibly goofy broadcaster to co-creator and star of the Madden football games, and do so with a ton of humor and self-referential quips.
The movie stars Cage as Madden, alongside Christian Bale, Kathryn Hahn, John Mulaney, Sienna Miller and more. Yes, now I’m definitely excited, and I’m circling November 18th for the film, releasing exclusively on Prime.
